Techical Assistance

The Delaware County Housing Coalition (DCHC) seeks to promote relationships between urban and suburban residents that will enhance Christian community and understanding. We work with people of low and moderate incomes to improve their communities and homes, while providing volunteers with the opportunity to enrich their lives by donating their time and talents to help their Delaware County neighbors.
